So,,,started with a trainer last week. Since then, not feeling great.
Old things coming back. Achey ribs etc.
Called Llmd who said it was a herx and to suck it up.
She said that Bart can effect ribs and make them sore.
Any insight would b great.

I would be suspicious of any doctor who says "it was a herx and to suck it up".
I'm not sure what to say or how they know that achey ribs is from bart... It could be a number of things.
IMHO - if something doesn't make you feel good - I'd cut back. I don't see any reason to push yourself if something is making you ill.

Make sure you dont train everyday. You need days in between to recover. You should take it easy. Make sure your trainer knows you have a medical condition. Your body is fragile. You are bound to be achy in the beginning. Sorry you are feeling bad. Maybe try to detox and take a nice Epsom salt bath.

Thanks so much. I did talk with trainer and we agreed to do a rehab work out and go way slower.
My Llmd is great and has gotten rid of my babs, Lyme.
She said the last of the Bart can be tough to get rid of.
