I'm taking Pinella & Burber and something called PARASITE from Botanica Medica and something from Allergy Research with mostly Cat's Claw in it. I am now having Bowel movements (9 yesterday) soft but it's too frequent. My Lyme doc didn't call back. I also take 400 g of Magnesium twice a day and 1000 C in am a multi, folic acid, and a few other things.

Do you think it could be the Amoxicilin I had to take for the teeth cleaing on Wednesday? I'm not on Lyme antiiotics yet. This is my second go around.

Any hints?

Did you start the Amoxicillin on Wednesday?
When did the numerous bowel movements begin?

How long have you been taking the herbs?

You could stop the magnesium and Vitamin C for a couple days.
They promote bowel movements, and you don't need that extra stimulation right now.

Regarding diet, try not to eat too much fiber.
At least until things slow down a bit.

I pulse the PARASITE 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, for the first couple of days on I feel that way.

I take Burbur, Enula, & Houttuynia daily.

Yeah, I'd cut back on the Magnesium & Vit. C.

And if you aren't already, it would be wise to take Probiotics.
