How many of you have done this? Do you recommend it?

I did it for quite some time and yes, it really helped me a lot. I have trouble detoxing and always seem constipated and some of the meds would make it even worse, so it worked great for me. -------------------- "To Dream The Impossible Dream" Man of La Mancha

By all means, do colonics. Two in a row, ever so often. It served me very well to get rid of Lyme and toxins. Take care.

Colonics also hydrate the colon so toxins can easily pass. It doesn't matter how much water you drink, the colon is always dehydrated Can't recommend colonics enough -------------------- Fall down seven times, get up eight ~Japanese proverb
