i am still having problems.

my lower abdominal area, below the navel, just stays sore. i can't even lean against the counter. it burns and is very tender.

i really think that humaworm did me in.

my entire digestive track is totally screwed up. and please don't even mention going back on it.

i am off all abx and am just taking probiotics. i have an upper gi on august 20th but i'm sure he'll schedule a colonscopy also.

i'm also constipated and nauseous.

Randi, have you ever been tested for diverticulitis? My aunt had it pretty severely, and she also suffered lot of the symptoms you are experiencing. I hope things turn around soon. Jess.

yes i've had two diverticulitis attacks. i'm hoping this is not another one, but i have a feeling it might be.

Randi... are you still taking bentyl?? That will constipate you. Did he give you another similar med when you left the hospital?

he gave me bentyl and vicodin cause i drove myself and they wouldn't give me anything else.

no abx at all. but they did a ct scan. hmm, think it ws upper tho cause the pain at that time was in my stomach.

would that scan also show colon?

Do you have IC? Could it be bladder pain? Or a UTI?

I think the CT would show the colon.. not sure how much it would tell them though. I have no clue.

Just the bentyl. I do have some nexium.gaviscon didn't do anything and nexium makes me sick
