This is a great resource on herbs for treating Lyme and coinfections. Stephen Buhner has also written books on the topic that are helpful.
Some of his recommendations are sida acuta and cryptolepis for babesia, japanese knotweed for bartonella, and cats claw for Lyme. There are more herbs, these are just a few that I've tried.
GSE is known as a cyst buster and is good for helping to prevent fungal infections.
Each LLMD seems to have their own favorite herbs and supplements. You may ask yours for some extra recommendations.
