Hi all Without going into a lengthy email about my history, a number of things have led me to believe that Bart is my biggest issue and needs to be treated before any improvement will occur.
I had been treated by a LLMD for a couple of years and have incurred significant costs to do so. None of the treatment ever really addressed Bart, although every issue I have is on the symptom list for Bart.
This costly endeavor with the LLMD has left me unable to seek treatment with another so that is no option for me. I'm done waiting for circumstances to change so it's going to have to be a self-treatment plan. Not ideal but better than nothing.
Research has led me to believe that several of my symptoms, considered to be Bart-related, are actually the result of poor lymphatic drainage, presumably because of substantial long-term infection, and significant adrenal fatigue. I emphatically believe that once the infection can be addressed, these other two issues will diminish or disappear taking care of a number of symptoms.
My questions are as follows: 1) What are the best medications & herbs to treat Bart. If herbs, can these solely (without medication) rid me of Bart?
2) Is there a place where these medications can be obtained, without a prescription? PM me please if you have suggestions.
3) Are there suggestions for improving lymphatic drainage and/or adrenal function? Recently, the Heel detox kit was used with no noticeable change.

In my opinion, Herbs alone cannot kill Bart. It has proven to be the nastiest, most debilitating infection of them all for me. I Have not heard from anyone that killed Bart with Herbs alone. But that doesn't mean they do not exist!

Buy a rife machine, then you can self-treat and you have no doctor's costs.
I've been using my GB-4000 rife machine for 2 1/2 years, and have been off antibiotics for 2 1/2 years.
It works for me.

Polly - Someone local has a Rife machine and allowed me to use it a couple of times (at least a couple dozen frequencies). Unfortunately, there was no herx & no change, nothing happened. Also, the machine costs so much. Those kinds of funds are unavailable for me. So because of those two reasons, rife is an unlikely path for me but thank you for the recommendation.
It would be very helpful if people could identify specifically what worked for them (like rife in PollyPolygonum's case).

Bart is a beast. I can tell you that A-bart is helping me now (did rifampin/doxy before and it really helped). I'm thrilled that it's just herbs too. Unfortunately, I think you have to see an LLMD for it.
Gael (another post) said she got rid of all of her co infections and lyme on Salt/C protocol, AND anti parasitic stuff. Parasites are a big factor with lyme (huge). I don't know if she had bart, but vit C and salt are so readily available. May be worth a try.
As far as adrenal function, this was a big one for me. I mostly just use maca now. You can also pick up a bottle of adrenal herbs at Vit Shoppe or Whole Foods. I don't take anything with soy in it though, but sometimes I take the herbs listed on those bottles separately. You need more salt and vitamin C for adrenals too.
And lymph drainage, Yoga has various poses that really help (Downward dog, twists, like chair pose, twisting left, right, etc). Also, skin brushing. I just use a dry washcloth for this before I go into the shower.

I do not hear of many people firsthand who get rid of lyme, babs, or bart . I am sure they exist , but those I know on the drugs did not get rid of bart .

Go to www.buhnerhealinglyme.com. Stay on the HOME page, scroll down a little. On the left column is Stephen's latest Bart protocal.
I have heard that it is VERY POWERFUL.
Haven't tried it yet. I'm taking Septra and Zithromax for it.
And I do think that parasite cleanses are powerful, too.

Thank you everyone for the good recommendations. I am looking into to them to see what might be a good fit for me.
The only other info I could use is where to purchase prescription medication without a prescription. If anyone has some reputable sites they've used, please let me know.
