I have been pulsing Zith and Diflucan for over a year now. I might take 7 days of zith, and then the next 5 days of diflucan. I cycled it like that for a long time with Malarone in the cycle.
What does your doc say? How long does he want you to take Diflucan for?

He said for 3 days when I need it. So you took zith one day then diflucan the next? I'm asking if I need to be off zith for more than 24 hrs before starting diflucan?
Thanks for your help!

I do not take a break in days between. Like I said, I'll do days of zith, then next day I'll start diflucan and do days of that. I do not take a day break in between.
I would ask your dr. what their thoughts on this are next time though.
We are all so different. If you feel better about taking a day break, then do that.

Hmmm. I'm now on Zithromax, Septra and Nystatin. I also take Difflucan twice per week.
I was not told to pulse.
I'm treating Lyme, Bart, and Chlymadia Pneumonia.
Should I be pulsing?
I have a very good LLMD and nothing was said about pulsing.
