I had severe head and neck symptoms in the past that got resolved with Rocephin IV to 90-95% and then slowly came back in different form.

It came back as mild head and neck pressure & out of the blue comes this extreme neck pressure within seconds. It just climbs up and my neck becomes so stiff and difficult to move from left to right since it feels so stiff.

With this I would get immediate brain fog and feels like I am off balance slightly and a bit trouble with speech. It becomes difficult to think clearly.

One time I had it severe, where I felt pain down my arms, heart pain to some small degree & then my heart started racing. Heart racing stopped and neck and head pressure may continue for an hour or 2 mildly. Then it all clears up.

All my head and neck symptoms went away after 2-3 weeks of Doxy and Biaxin and I was relieved.

I am starting to get this again and each day seems to be a little worst than before. Seems like the combo of these ABX is wearing out.

What is this? Is it a sign of a possible stroke, aneurism, or heart attack? Feels more like a blockage from the neck to the head & maybe an oncoming stroke.

Did the onset of those symptoms lead to your aneurism or stroke or did the two events happen out of the blue?

Did they seem related?

Did you get those events and signs and then had the aneurism or stroke?

Have you had an MRI of your neck? I don't know how old you are, but there can be spinal narrowing, disc degeneration and osteoarthritis that can cause some of these symptoms. I have them too.

Baclofen and Ben Gay help me in the short run, and Tai Chi is helping me over the long term.

Had an MRI & 2 CAT scan and chest X Rays last year when I developed head and neck pressures. I have not had one since then & not only until much later(4-5 months) did I get the clogged feeling in my head.

Everything was normal with all the scans.

Keep in mind that Doxy and Biaxin resolved it. Day by day it simply melted away and was all gone. All of my head pressures, headaches, fogginess, neck pressure and burning, and the clogged feeling went away.

I've been debating another scan, is it worth the irradiation and possible dangers?

For me I added Magnesium Glycinate + B6 + trace minerals to my supplemental list and it's been so helpful (seems a lot of us become a bit magnesium & B deficient). Acupuncture has been amazing as well.
