To me, it looks like you have Lyme disease. Band 23 is specific for Lyme, band 41 is often the first bands to show in Lyme disease.
Quest and LabCorp do not list all the Lyme-specific bands that IgeneX Lab does (bands 31 and 34).
You need to see a Lyme knowledgeable doctor and be evaluated for the co-infections ticks can transmit. Early infections are the easiest to cure. This cannot be stressed enough. The sooner you see a knowledgeabe doctor, the better.
I suggest posting in "Seeking A Doctor" for a doctor in your area.

I am sorry this is your second time around. PA is endemic for tick-borne diseases.
The CDC requires several bands to be positive for the test to be considered positive; however, manh people who have Lyme are not CDC positive. Having any Lyme-specific bands is relevant.
I was told by the director of IgeneX Lab that IgM is a more recent infection and IgG is a longer-standing infection.
Band 23 is specific for Lyme. If you are tested through IgeneX you may have bands 31 and 34 positive. You really need to see a knowledgeable doctor.
Do you have symptoms?

"With most infections, your immune system first forms IgM antibodies, then in about 2 to 4 weeks, you see IgG antibodies. In some infections, IgG antibodies may be detectable for years.
Because Borrelia burgdorferi is a chronic persistent infection that may last for decades, you would think patients with chronic symptoms would have positive IgG Western blots.
But actually, more IgM blots are positive in chronic borreliosis than IgG. Every time Borrelia burgdorferi reproduces itself, it may stimulate the immune system to form new IgM antibodies.
Some patients have both IgG and IgM blots positive. But if either the IgG or IgM blot is positive, overall it is a positive result.
Response to antibiotics is the same if either is positive, or both."

Sammi- I am always tired, but I was always tired. Just more tired.
neck pain and headaches
swollen pinky finger and achy hands.
I have looked into a few. I will see one for sure. I left a message for my family doctor to sign off on IgeneX form to get more specific testing.
I ordered the kit.
So now off to call some LLMD's and figure out which one is the best.
Thank you so much.

Might also want to start working on supporting your immune system. Garlic, Astragalus, avoiding sugar, eating anti-inflammatory diet, doing non-aerobic exercise, getting plenty of sleep, and avoiding allergens, are all good.
Also should take probiotics, since about 70% of the immune system is in the GI tract...

Infect Drug Resist. 2011;4:97-113. Epub 2011 May 3.
Evaluation of in-vitro antibiotic susceptibility of different morphological forms of Borrelia burgdorferi.
Excerpt:
. . . Conclusion
Antibiotics have varying effects on the different morphological forms of B. burgdorferi.
Persistence of viable organisms in round body forms and biofilm-like colonies may explain treatment failure and persistent symptoms following antibiotic therapy of Lyme disease.

Liver support & Adrenal support is also very important to help with energy. Most LLMDs are well aware of those methods.
