So after almost 3 long years I can do all the things that I did before and most of the things iven better like runing ,biking .
I'm not done yet with the beast left with mosquito bite sensation and itching.
I started treatment with antibiotics and added suplements and so on .in my opinion what i did was all wrong as 95-99% of people with this desease are doing here today to .
4.and in the end after the body gets strength and all pathways working antibiotics if at all may be needed.
And this order just because when you are so sick many pathways in your body are shut down and antibiotix just add more harm then good.
And it was a case with me ,started do better after I put the order abowe strict to my everyday doing.
Most of the people that went on remision did things like that and have seen results after metals left the body and after they build the immunity that's whay exercising is the key together with other steps.
My two cents of help for the people doing the things wrong in the same way i did.

Thanks for your input. It is always good to know what worked for someone else. However, the response to treatment varies a lot, so people who want to pass on their successes should add a caveat that what works for one person may not work for another.
