After a month of continuous pain, my head suddenly feels better. This summer I have been in the er for head pain with ct scans, blood work, x rays and spinal tap. All were negative. I had morphine and oxycotin, held it off but did not cure it. Anyway just wondered if anyone has had this experience? i also had head pressure, ear pain (like under water) and vertigo. All is going away now thank god. Seeing my new lyme doc sept 27 and I am on a cancellation list. Can not wait. Please let me know anything you can about this episode.
Thanks [rant]

Head pressure Yes! Going on 4 years now. Still have that symptom as one of my worst symptoms. At the time of my diagnosis in 2008, I was positive for lyme, babesia microti. It's been a long, rough journey.

Question about muscle testing? How does this work? I hear about it all the time but not sure how to get it done. Also, how does a muscle test determine which infection you have?

--------------------
Lyme IGG/IGM positive 12/08
Babesia Microti IGM positive 12/08
Hemobartonella positive 1/11
mycoplasma 6/11

I had brutal headaches/migraines 3 or 4 times a week. After my first month of abx I started gettimg them much less frequently.

Are you doing anything differently? Are you eating gluten free? Taking magnesium? Anything new that may have helped?

Glad you have relief.

Yes I am doing something differently. I am taking 500 mg a day and no more head pain. So is this a coincidence, the incident ran its course until nex time or the magnesium worked? it is all so random. Happy to be without that pain anymore. No docs have followed through with me. They just sent me home with pain killers. Very bizarre....

Why does Babesia cause head pressure? I am sure I have Babesia and Lyme. Still have a month to see my doc. Long time to wait....
