I have been having a problem with my eye twitching throughout treatment. Some days not at all and some it seems to be constantly. I'm wondering when it increases what would be causing this?
I don't think it is herxing as it does not coincide with my other herxing symptoms-increased muscle/nerve pain.

Ellen i get this a lot. I also get a twitchy/ kind of vibrating feeling in my lips after eating especially. Its really unpleasant. My dr said its exhaustion coupled with Lyme in the central nervous system. I know just what you mean about it not being there some days and then other days its unrelenting. Its frustrating and annoying as well. Feel better. Jess.

I have the eye twitching thing very often. My doc said that with my eye twitching, and twitching sensation in my back on the spine, that it is likey Bartonella.
I have also heard it is from vit deficiencys, but mine are non-stop for weeks subtimes. I also develop hiccups frequently, and if I have them once in a day, they last all day long. I get twitching and lots of muscle spasms.

I have this too- unpleasant. Comes and goes, but often enough.
I always think it's low magnesium. Or maybe parasites, Lyme or Bartonella ;-)

I would try 2-4 MagTab SR per day (buy at Walmart pharmacy) and see if it goes away. That is the type of mag Dr. B. recommends. See p. 28
Often other types of magnesium will do absolutely nothing. It usually takes about a week to notice any difference.
Per WebMD, hiccups occur when a spasm contracts the diaphram. So, they are also a type of muscle spasm.
If you are having frequent muscle spasms, it is almost always from magnesium deficiency. Very common for lyme patients to have this deficiency, per Burrascano. The remedy is simple. I suggest you give it a try, SickLYme. No need to suffer like this.

I have been using Mag tabs SR as well as an additional mag tab w/ postassium several times a day for awhile now. Unfortunately its really had no effect on the eye twitches.
