I know now, that you shouldn't rife for Lyme more then every two weeks (although in Bryan Rosner's book at the back, the experiences of several of his contributors were rifing for Lyme much more often, some daily) but how often can I rife for other stuff?? Can I rife daily for anything but Lyme??

I have bartonella and babesia, and there is also other things I'd like to rife for. Not sure How often I should rife for them and how should I increase the length of each session.

It depends on what you are treating. Most pathogens do not cause ay particular reaction when killed, so those can be treated everyday. Some infections, such as H-Pyoli, need to be treated everyday for a week to eliminate all the infection.

Most of the Lyme related coinfections do cause a negative response when damaged or killed, and you have to proceed with some caution.

People also react differently, detox at different rates, and are in various stages of age and health.

Given that scenario, you have to find a comfortable level of treatment for your individual situation. Start out with a short run of no more than two minutes a treatment. Wait and see what your response to the treatment is, and come up with your own schedule.

Treat one infection at a time. Find out how long it takes to have an effect, if any. Once you have recovered from any Herx or other negative response, treat again.

I have never treated any single infection longer than twenty minutes per frequency. Even that is probably too long. If the treatment has not had an effect in a ten minute run, it probably is not going to.

Bart treatment caused a lot of problems for my wife, in the beginning. I stopped treating her when the responses caused her balance problems, numbness in her leg and arm, etc. I waited until all that faded away, and then went back to treating. Those responses never repeated with additional treatments. She just improved.

You never know ahead of time what the response will be, so just do not rush things until you have some idea of what your own response will be.

Good Luck

Dan

Dan

Thanks for the info.

I'll give your way of treating a try.
Linda

PS How much time to you add to each treatment.

Do you do like two minutes for several sessions then add a minute for several treatments? Or add a certain amount of time each treatment upto the 20 minutes?

Linda

It depends on how you feel and what your reaction is!

Keep a notebook. You want a tolerable herx reaction from an identifiable frequency.

If you don't get much of a herx reaction, rife longer and oftener. If you get too much of a herx reaction, that you think is unacceptable or intolerable, rife shorter and less often.

Nenah Sylver says that a Candida treatment must be AT LEAST 20 minutes. I would believe that. I found shorter sessions for Candida were ineffective. Her Candida frequencies for 20 minutes i found to be effective.

Springshowers found that she had to rife a long time to conquer her toenail fungus; shorter sessions weren't doing the job and she got impatient.

Polly,

Thanks for the info.

I find I usually have a herx reaction after the first use of a frequency. I don't seem to have much reaction after that even with longer use of that frequency.

I do think I am seeing some small improvement in some of my symptoms, slight worsening of others.

Gonna keep trying it for at least a year and see how I am doing after that. I really believe it is doing something.

I may change to a stronger rife machine also. Maybe I'm not seeing a more mark difference because I am using one of the lower range machines.
