Today, I've had a ton of twitching in my left temple on the head. I can feel it pulsating a lot. It's kind of scary. I'm not on any drugs right now.

Anyone else experienced this? If so, what was it. I took magnesium, but no help. Of course, I have the usual bad head squeezing sensation and eye inflammation. [Frown]

I keep breaking out into mild sweats too out of nowhere. Not drenching, but I'll drip sweat off my forehead like my blood vessels are constricting when they shouldn't.

Hope whatever I have doesn't kill me. This gets so old. I am curious what could cause this area to pulsate like this.

Did you take the magnesium long enough or at a high enough dose? It could also be that the type of magnesium you have is not very well absorbed.

Taking high dosages of magnesium (magnesium citrate at the time, although I've moved on to better quality magnesium since then) stopped my eyelids from twitching.

I've stopped taking the magnesium and I'd say about a month after stopping my left lower cheek has started twitching every now and again.
