I think in Ritchie Shoemaker's 'Mold Warriors' there's an explanation and a 'Rosetta Stone' matrix for figuring out the meaning of the test results if you have or can get hold of a copy.

Low testosterone, typical in peri/post menopause, causes low libido.
DHEA is the precursor hormone to all of the sex hormones. If you search bio-identical hormones, you will find that many sources who sell bio-identical sex hormones will also sell DHEA, as a way to 'balance' folks who are low in sex hormones, naturally.
DHEA is produced by the adrenal glands, so if your adrenals are exhausted you might try boosting that function first. (Adrenal exhaustion is typical in long term infections, or in folks whose diets have worn out the pancreas, i.e. "sugar blues.") High B-Complex vitamins (such as those found in brewers/nutritional yeast, are an excellent place to start.
Good luck Nonna!

- The doctor who ordered your tests should be able to explain it to you.
You don't have to wait around for replies to many questions, though. Usually, ever. Be sure to search in the Archives here for past threads.
I've been surprised what I can find through Google with simple and cross searches.
You can find several good starter links by searching Google for the whole set at once: DRB, DQB, HLA.
Then cross search each term through Google with "Borrelia" (or other TBD) and then with Dr. S's name.
