Which r u taking and o you think the risks outweigh the benefits? Starting soon. Have benign lump in one breast, risk taking progesterone and biest? Thanks.

I am taking progesterone and biest. I have taken it for about 8 years and it is a lifesaver.

I am on them after switching over from premarin. My mamms are normal. I feel good so will continue. I believe I had more risks with premarin.

I use biest but only after extensive testing. I wouldn't use any unless tests show they're needed. One naturopath told me I was estrogen-dominant. I did the testing with another doctor and basically had zero estrogen in my system. I'm not that old, so..... Just make sure you need what you take.
