So I ordered some of Dr. K's Rizol oils. Specifically Rizol Gamma for parasites.

His presentations say one is to take up to 90 drops / day.

I assuem this is orally. But the bottle only talks about using it in bath water while taking a bath. Am I missing something?

How do folks take Dr. K's Rizols?

Thanks.

Orally mixed with a small amount of water is how I do it. I believe that's the most common approach. Hadn't ever noticed that comment on the bottles.

Start slowly with a couple of drops in juice or water. Move up slowly. I used to put it in the Klinghardt Lyme Cocktail along with everything else except minerals. I am very brave, but I don't think I have ever taken 90 drops!

If you put the drops in a little water and stir it, the drink will look cloudy. That is normal and good to drink.

Thanks, I assume the 90 drops is 30 3x / day.

It is published right on his Parasite protocol

I have used rizols extensively. There are various ways to take them, but the best way is to disperse the oil in water before consuming.

NOTE: Rizols are VERY strong and you can get a severe dieoff reaction from 1 drop or even 1/4 or 1/2 a drop. So be cautious when starting them. I would start with one drop or less and work up from there.

90 drops is a huge dose. I think the most I ever took of one rizol was 20 drops twice a day.

Here is the usual procedure to take them.

1. Take a glass and put about 1/2 inch of water in the bottom.
2. Put the drops of the rizol into the glass. They will float on top of the water.
3. Slowly pour about 4-6 ounces of water into the glass. The container you are pouring from should be held far enough above the glass that the water comes down with some force and hits the drops of oil. This will break apart the drops of oil and disperse them into the water. The result will be a cloudy liquid.
4. Drink!

I usually pour the water from a pitcher and allow the stream to break up before it hits the water in the glass. You can also put the water in from the tap if you drink tap water. Just make sure the drops of oil get broken apart when you pour in the water.

You take the rizol first, then about 20-30 minutes later take your binder (usually green clay or chlorella for me). Then wait around 30 minutes and have your meal. I took my rizols before breakfast and dinner.

To take less than a drop at a time, put one drop of rizol in the glass, disperse it and drink only part of the liquid.

Hope this info helps.
