The oregano oil in it is emulsified so it is delivered more evenly throughout the digestive tract.
It has worked well for me in the past - I think it's the best.

- If the mucosal tissue in your mouth burns or is tender to spices or acid, I would go with the GEL CAP for the full body therapeutic dose and then just one drop of a tincture formula in a cup of water for a mouth rinse.
If your mouth is impervious to anything that might burn others, and you want to go with a tincture formula -- even with a prepared formula of drops from a good source -- still dilute it even more into 1/2 to one cup of water.
Do not put even drops from a prepared formula straight into your mouth until you have tested out with more water. If that has any burn to it, you know not to go stronger.
After a while, you'll get a feeling for what is best for your mouth tissue. -
