Not sure if its a die off or the babs itself, but I have felt this way as well (I actually do right now, feel very lonely even though I'm not alone)....just know that it will pass, promise!

Mepron can cause this. If you can, ride it out, however, If it gets bad enough, you should discontinue using it. Severe, debilitating depression is definitely a possible side effect.

If I did happen to get Mepron blues will it go away if I stop the med?
And can it be restarted again later?

Thanks Lyme too, could only 2 doses of Mepron really do this to me though?
Also I have felt this way for many months though off and on and am wondering if it is even the Mepron or just a herx, I have been this messed up in the head for a long time
If the depression is from the Mepron will it possibly go away with continued treatment?

I had this with Mepron also. It was the worst symptom/herx I went through. I'm already on Lexapro for anxiety, and I still felt extreme disconnection & de-personalization.
I had it for about 2 weeks. I eased off the Mepron for 3 days until I felt better and then ramped back on very slowly and at a lower dose.
A few people recommended that at first I was taking too high a dose... and that was exactly what my bloodwork showed.
Once I adjusted to it I was fine. I'm still on my Lexapro and plan to stay on it until I'm through this. I also take magnesium and B-complex vitamins.
I know anti-depressants are not popular on this board, but I can tell you, no amount of changing my diet or adding supplements or going to therapy helped like the Lexapro ... Anxiety and depression are no joke and can be extremely debilitating.

I'm echoing what others have said. It can cause a down feeling or the blues.
Back off for a day or two and then resume and it should clear.
