If you put hives in the search box you will get quite a few posts. Problem is you have to sift thru them.
Maybe this will bump the post up and you will get more responses.
Sorry, hives are not fun.

Usually a symptom of parasites. Google parasite symptoms and check the symptom list at Humaworm.

I don't know all the science of it, but I've read that mast cells can get upregulated in Lyme disease. They are involved in histadine release which is connected to hives.
I have gotten hives when I've overreacted to something chemical that I touched. Like the body cannot handle any more chemicals. Maybe chemical overwhelm, as in the liver being overwhelmed?
