Has anyone tried this - successfully or not so successfully?

I just started on it a few days ago.

Thanks for your input!

I love this stuff. I feel much more energized on it.

I started at 3 pills/day on an empty stomach. Worked up to 8/day. I felt that was a good dose for me. When I get overenergized, my insomnia rages.

It's a regular part of my protocol. My husband's, too.

I take a supplement that is/contains ATP called Ribogen. Doc uses it to help with fatigue. I think it helps, but I am so tired it is hard to say how much.

Thanks for letting me know, BoxerMom. Sounds great! My LLMD told me to take 5 pills before breakfast and 5 before lunch for the first month and then cut down to 5/day.

I'm so glad to hear it's helping you and your husband. It's quite expensive, but Garth Nicolson gave a presentation on "ATP Fuel" at the last ILADS conference (Toronto, fall 2011). He mentioned great results in Lyme patients, so I wanted to to incorporate this in my protocol.

Nicole_Denise, thanks for your input. Have never heard of Ribogen, but will look it up. I'm sorry to hear you're so fatigued. I know what it's like ...

I took it for two weeks, and Stopped being able to afford it. I want more, it was good stuff, and helped me regulate my sleeping patterns. It's a real b#tch that it's so expensive.

I took ATP fuel for a couple months at a high dose. It didn't do anything for me. I don't think it targeting whatever is making me tired.

Those are the ingredients. I wonder what some of that stuff does lol

I'm just taking it per my LLMD.
