Mine popped up on Quest. Docs often use them because they do take insurance. Does that mean it's the best lab, no, but it's worth a shot. A good time to do it is when you feel awful. My lyme specialist ran all kinds of tests when I felt terrible (a lot of co infections popped up as well).
