I always get the head pressure feeling with my herx's. If you've started treatment just recently, your 'load' of little buggers might be pretty strong. The more you are in treatment, herx's do get less as long and intense.
I have found some relief with water retention pills.... seems to relieve the pressure a bit?
I have had these head pressure things so bad that last year I ended up in the ER. After a spinal tap, I was told I had viral mennigitis... 4 days in the hospital with horrible pain in my head.
I figured it was a herx, and it was... just had to get through it.
Ease up on the Malarone and maybe do every other day or every third day to ease the herx. You might be killing it too much to fast.
As with anything, ck with your dr. but maybe ease up on the treatment. Slow and steady wins the race.

Yes, call your doctor for suggestions. No need to be so miserable. Hope you are better soon!
