I would very much appreciate any advice on this. For over two weeks, I have had worse air hunger than I have ever had and my fingernails are purple. It is just half of my nail closer to the nail bed.
In the first week that this happened, I went to the ER because my primary couldn't see me and wanted to check things out. The arterial blood gas was normal as well as the chest x-ray.
My pulse-ox ranges from 95-98% which I know is not a bad number. I am just trying to figure out how my nails can be purple,I feel like I have a pillow over my face, and it is normal.
Even my LLMD said he was not concerned about it. I am not necessarily concerned, but I am pretty uncomfortable! I am guessing it is Babesia, although I don't know if my new Mycoplasma Pneumonia could be a factor.
Any suggestions?

So sorry you are having these symptoms. I would call the local doc and get an appointment. Just because the tests were "normal" means squat. It is obvious something is off balance and you need to check it out further.
The anxiety that comes with this can be tuff to take, so hang in there, ok?

Well, as you know, it is so difficult to distinguish what is "just Lyme" and what can actually be dealt with in the main-stream medical community. I just hate going to the regular doctor with such weird symptoms and being looked at like a crazy person.
Thanks for your support!!
