Heel Detox Kit works as well as Pekana for me and is half the price. However, I need to add Pekana's spleen detox.

Can I take this with Heel products?

Just take them a bit separate, not at the same time. Same rule for any homeopathics. I don't see why not. I mixed everything, but just spaced them. The more you space, the best, usually, but I suppose it won't do harm.

I found some good ones lately, from another company called Spenglesan (in Germany). Matrix Detox, Stomach detox and so on. I find them pretty powerful too.

I also take both Heel and Pekana products.

Unlike Brussels, I usually mix some of them together. It depends on what my testing says, For instance, it usually tells me it's OK to mix Lymphomyosot and Renelix and take together.

Pekana Radinex however - it always says to never mix with anything.

If you don't do energetic testing it would be best to take them separately.

May I ask:

Do you avoid coffee and mint products to avoid canceling out the homeopathic remedies?

I ask, because I have the Pekana big 3 here, was for my daughter,

I have about 1/2 left, think about taking it, but I still drink coffee, etc.

Thanks.

I don't think coffee cancels anything homeopathic. My homeopath is categoric on that, he said it's non sense. But in doubt, take a bit separate.

Coffee itself is a medicine. I tell you from own experience. I take coffee basically only for helping my health.

I feel it has a deep detox effect (like cleaning even my bones) (confirmed by the naturopath from Korea who prescribed me), I herxed on coffee for many months.

I literally had pains in my bones for months, that is why I asked the guy what is coffee doing to me. He mentioned bone cleaning, and I even didn't mention my bone pains!!!

As a medicine, you can take it then separate from other stuff.

I also remember reading that anythihng that crosses the BB barrier (and coffee does as it excites the brain, like chocolate) can carry things to the brain (whatever things, like good medicinal substances or bad pathogens) as it opens the BB barrier.

I prefer Heel to Pekana, mostly. I feel it fits better to me. From Pekana, I'm only fan of the Mucan (that detoxes candida and mucor toxins). The rest, I usually take Heel.

Recently I am trying new stuff from Spenglersan, called Entoxin (matrix) and Entoxin (GI tract). I do feel they have strong detox effects too.

I also mixed many stuff together because I also tested them all energetically. But for the ones who don't, the safest is to give at least about 10 minutes (if not more) in between...
