I took a day off from my abx as I felt I needed a break. I started drinking yogi detox tea and I have been experiencing eye twitching and an increase in my muslce pains.

I also found it very difficult to sleep after drinking it last night even though it is decaffeinated. I'm wondering if I should continue with it as a means of detox, or not.

Here is a link with the ingredients:

Few years before I was dx with Lyme I took yogi detox tea and next morning I woke up swollen with legs and joint pain. My PCP tested me for arthritis and it came back negative. I never tried it afterwards.

I would assume you are detoxing, but I would consult doctor before continuing taking it. Maybe some ingredients of the tea mixture are too potent for your body.

For example I was taking A-bart and A-bab but one drop of each caused huge reactions in my case. I had to make emergency app with my LLMD because I was relapsing so fast on these suplements.

Herbals can be very powerful
