Hey all,
So I'm considering an epsom salt bath to detox but I actually don't have a usable bathtub. Does it make sense to just do a foot bath or would that not even be worth it? Also, if anyone has any other suggestions on what to do as an alternative to not having a tub, I just can't think of anything else at the moment.

Thanks!

Instead of a bath you could go to a sauna place. I'm not sure how far you are from Queens, NY or Palisades Park, NJ. They both have really great Korean style saunas. It's not a huge amount of money - about $30 or so to stay all day/night.

We have a problem with hot water at my place - so I understand.

Foot baths are good, too. Good idea.
