I was curious if anyone has tried a Niacin Flush for heavy metal detox.

I'm certainly a novice to all of this but looking to find a more aggressive protocol than detox bath, coffee enemas, cholerra and kombucha tea.

I didn't find much info regarding it on LymeNet which makes me wonder if there is a reason for individuals with TBD to avoid this approach.

Thanks for any input you can provide.

I attended a seminar many years ago that used niacin and sauna as a detox protocol, but I don't recall them speaking specifically about heavy metals. I did try Nicotinic acid four years ago but probably just moved heavy metals around without eliminating them from my system, as I was plagued with anxiety and and panic attacks for a while until I took NAC in high doses. There is probably alot to do to make the technique successful.

Thanks for your input. I found a good link pertaining to niacin and heavy metals. I'll post it when I have a moment.
