Yes, I am under an LLMD's care and she's a big advocate of BWF.

I am not taking A-Bart but on A-L and A-P.
With A-L I started at 5 drops x/2 a day and got to 9 drops x2/day in one week. I crashed. Too much to fast. Terrile herx.
Second time around I started on 2 drops x2/day and made my way up to 6 drops x/2 day within one week.
Small herx but managable by going slower.
Will be starting A-Babs soon.
This stuff is powerful and I do not need some study to tell me that.
When I started B.W., my LLMD took me off of all abx.s / meds except for one abx. and added one abx. as a pulse. I will stay on abx.s till I get to full dose and then drop the abx.s.
The idea is to slowly decrease the abx. while you are getting yourself up to the full B.W. dose.
B.W. is certainly doing something!

Thinking back, I think I only got to 12-13 max drops 2x a day with the A-Bart- too lazy to double check my old journal-
I write down every single thing I take, time, and how much every day.
and oh yes, I had to build up. They are powerful to me, too!

I am up to 15 on A-Bart. Was doing really well until a few days ago when bart symptoms started coming back. It's the full moon coming. Every month (looking at notes), I have bart symptoms at that time. So I'm doing more parasite treatment. It's helping (eye floaters are down, swollen lymph glands down, and buzzing/tinnitus is minimal with more parasitic herbs).

My daughter took A-Bart for several months, then added A-L and A-Tula. We slowly worked up to 15 drops each. Took with abx. I think she tolerated okay.
She is now taking Beyond Balance herbs instead and primarily going after FL 1953.
