Has anyone's doctor recommended getting a massage right before the blood draw for the Advanced Lab culture test?

Someone recommended this to me for my DD, but it wasn't my doctor. It makes sense to me but just wondering if it had been recommended by any of the LLMD's.

symptoms since 1993 that I can remember. 9/2018 diagnosed with Borellia, Babesia Duncani, and Bartonella Hensalae thru DNA Connections.

Nobody mentioned that to me before I took the Advanced Labs, but I was clueless about Lyme at the time.

I had FM and lupus, and my doc said there's a new test; you should try it.

The test will only be positive if borrelia are in her blood at the time of the draw. So, logically, a massage could push those suckers out into the blood.

How could it hurt, well as long as the massage doesn't hurt? If it was me, and I could, I would do it.

Sure seems like a good idea to me - if it's not painful or too aggressive.

Spirochetes HATE noise pulses, vibration, heat & cold, aggression. When faced with such, burrow deeper and are more likely to go into their protective cyst mode.

Why not call the lab directly and talk to those who should know for sure? And ask your LLMD, too.

Although it's hard to get blood drawn in late afternoon and then processed and shipped that same day, but around 4 pm has been noted (somewhere I read) as the time when testing may be best, if that coincides with the spike many get with a slight fever around that time.

My Western Blot tests were drawn as close to that as I could get and still have the lab prep in plenty of time for Fed Ex pick up for that day.

While not CDC positive, my labs were positive according to my own state's criteria for three TBD (although my state's medical board still denies that lyme even exists).
