Hi everyone,
Iam just wondering if anyone takes more then the 600mg a day of rifampin dosage? Ive been on rifampin for 6 months and Im feeling like my progress has been stalled.

Iam too afraid to go on cipro or levaquin so I was wondering about maybe increasing the dosage of the rifampin instead.

If you took more (with your LLMDS advice) can you pelase PM me and tell me the dosage? thanks!!

I have talked to people who have taken up to 1800mg Rifampin and claim they are Bart free. I would be scared to go that high?

I have read alot on the Yahoo bart groups that it is common to plateau on Rifampin and the most prominent Dr. on that board systematically doubles and then triples the dosage.

Go to Yahoo and search "Bartonella" in Yahoo Groups. It's the only one there.
