I had been off all antibiotics since May 2012. I had just had the best month physically and felt my treatment was very helpful. (Dr.had me on a heal the gut protocol). Then last week I was flossing and irritated my gums by a crown. It bled quite a bit, but stopped.
I saw the dentist today and it's not infected. Could this cause a relapse, herx? I have had a terrible almost two weeks.
I appreciate your input/ideas/help.

Have you gargled with warm salt water? I know it is not infected, but it does keep the gums healthy.
I would check with your LLMD in regards to Lyme.
Take care,

I've had more than one lyme doc tell me that stress can bring lyme back. Even lyme that's been dormant for 10+ years (last doc said any kind of stress, an accident, moving, divorce--anything).
