I have such horrible heartburn lately, all day long, tums help but this is crazy already, along w/all my other symptoms.

And when I get the heartburn, it seems to also go around and burn my back on top of all the body pain I already have.

Apple Cider vinegar capsules work fast and are absolutely amazing!!!

The owner of a nutrition store told me to try them.

They are not expensive.

Better than Zantac/Tums - by far - and much faster.

you know you can damage your esophagus when your heartburn is that bad? So please talk to your doctor about the pain you feeling.
Meanwhile, a liquid antacid will coat your esophagus as it goes down, which will help more than Tums which are only working in the stomach itself.

Many foods & medication make it worse - lots of previous discussion here, so look it up under "search" above, but do talk to your doctor.
