Finding out that we think my wife's primary culprit it babesia microtti, does the FIR sauna help with detox and erradication of it?

I personally have a FIR sauna and think it has helped me detox my body to a better level of health.

At first I herxed because I was in the sauna too long.

I love the feeling and mental picture visualizing all the little bad bugs exiting my body when I drip with sweat.
