the short amount of time I actually treated Babesia with Byron White A-Bab was the absolute worse -- i DID NOT SLEEP.
The LLND that was treating me at the time very wisely suspected that we needed to back off and go after the big guys; parasites.
He was correct as I was once again able to sleep (somewhat) again.
But to answer your question, i have heard that either coinfection Babs/Bart can contribute to really awful issues with sleep in some people.

A LLMD told me that when he had babesia he was very wired and didn't sleep much at all, sometimes for several days at a time.
He said it took many months of Mepron for him to get better.
