Okay...I forget...

I have been off of abx.s for about a month and just doing Byron White.

I am suppose to re-start on abx.s tomorrow but forget the timing thing.

Can you take Byron White the same time as your abx.s or does it have to be spaced out like we do with our pro.'s?

Thanks. DW

The BW instructions say to take 2 - 3 hours away from ABX.

Most antibiotics need to be taken with food, Byron White on an empty stomach.

That in itself should put some time in between when you take them.

The instructions I got with the order said 1 hr, and on an empty stomach.
The trouble with the 2 to 3 hr rule is that it's next to impossible to fit in the supplements and any other tinctures you may be on - like the Nutramedix ones I am on. Same deal - take "at least" one hr. away from everything else. I'm basically taking something every 2 hrs. all day long....
