Has anybody experienced a eird and crazy making feedback (like echo), that they hear with high frequency sound or loud noises during a flare-up. I have had lime for over twenty years and this flare up is giving back some well known symptoms as well as some very new and crazy new symbtoms; my body vibrations, pins and needles in my arm; eye floaters and these auditory echoes.I need to know if others have experienced these symptoms.

- Sounds like tinnitus, which can take on characteristics of all kinds of warping, twisting, echoing, etc. Could also be SCD.
All this can be caused by lyme, by Rx, nutrient deficiencies, or any of the other things that go along for the ride. Or it could be a separate issue, such as hearing loss taking a turn.
Ask your LLMD if she or he thinks you need to see a neurotologist.
Be sure to always - always - wear ear plugs around a hairdryer. Earplugs or dB rated muffs around vacuum, blender, food processor, lawn equipment, in traffic, etc.

I have had this off and on since losing my hearing in one ear a year before my lyme diagnosis. I call these sensations auditory distortions and my own voice seems like it is amplified or as though I am under water. Sometimes it affects the way others' voices are heard to me as well.
I think this is from inflammation in the auditory canal or along the 8th cranial nerve. The good news is that it passes and I don't think it has been related to further hearing damage for me. I up my dosage of curcumin, flax seed and other anti-inflammatories when this happens.
I have also been taking Valtrex (prescription anti-viral med)and Lysine (nutritional supplement) to help with this. The theory is that when lyme hits your auditory and vestibular nerves, it may be caused by an outbreak of an old dormant virus, like herpes. There is a study about people with Meniere's disease responding well to Valtrex and many are also helped by lysine with valtrex.
