I felt a difference with cipro right away. First 3 days of feeling good then Bam...herxed on and off.
I guess in my experience it does effect Bart almost immediately....in the first dose or two.
Also I feel like things that were considered "babs" got better after a while
Unfortunately I did have to stop after about 7 weeks on cipro due to shoulder/tendon issues. See if you can stick with it (minus any tendon issues) and see what happens.
I think it took 5 to 6 weeks to really start helping (then I had a great 10 day stretch), I still feel better than when I started even though I have been off for almost 2 weeks now.
