"Flare" as in searing pain, irritation of nerves or tissue? No. The opposite, it calmed down those symptoms.

"Flare" as it frequent urination? Yes. Indeed. But that was a good thing, helping to reduce edema in my case.

That you ask, it seems you have unwanted symptoms.

My experience may not be the same as yours and there can be dozens of variables. I hope your "flare" is just some extra trips to get rid of excess fluid.

If beyond that, you might back down your dose or stop this for a while to be able be better determine any cause & effect.

Hope this settles down.

You might also consider MILKY OAT SEED tincture - Herb Pharm as a good one and they are in most natural foods markets and supplement stores. Also have their own site and are available at most web vendors.

It's very calming to nerve fibers.

You know, that the first week or two there may be some herxheimer reactions going on.

Hopefully, you are still at just one 250 mg capsule a day and have not yet increased. If you are higher or more often than that, perhaps it was too much, too soon?

My LLNP suggested I try BurBur from Nutramedix for detoxing. Is this related to Berberine?? Or are they totally different herbs/supplements?
