Has anyone minimized the brain zaps through diet alone? Looking to make things better before I start treatment.

I get brain zaps when I'm late taking a dose of Effexor.

For some reason, yesterday, the zaps turned into very scary jolts. Any type of movement that I made, no matter how slight, would bring on multiple brain and body jolts. This was beyond a zap, and felt more like being hit with a hot wire for a second or two. 8 hours of sleep seems to have cleared things up, but what happened yesterday doesn't feel right. I thought I might be having some sort of attack a few times there. Not cool.
CAlvin, people recommend high dose fish oil for brain stuff. It helps, but not always. Sucking a lemon can bring you out of a bad herx and drinking green Tea or Chamomile Tea helps too.
