My well-known LLMD used Labcorp if that is easier.

We use LabCorp and it has shown high in the 3 of us. We have an ILADS doc that recommends that lab.

If positive # 130, 332, 335, 336 to determine which species.
Antibody tests IgG and IgM cross react from any lab. PCR is the only way the be sure your treating the right species.
Fermentans is resistant to most common antibiotics used to treat pneumoniae, which is most commonly diagnosed thru antibody tests.

I was tested at MDL some time ago, positive on M. fermentans and a couple of other things. Tested later, everything negative. Now maybe it all disappeared, or maybe their testing changed. I am not sure I would recommend them.
