Anyone know of products you particularly like that provide support to the pancreas? This issue comes up for me periodically, and while I have one product I think is decent, I'd like to explore more.

Yasko has a product for pancreatic support on the Holistic Heal site. It is pretty pricey though. I got it for my son who has type one diabetes. I don't know how effective it is though.

"Phyllis A. Balch, a certified nutritional consultant, nutrition researcher and author of "Prescription for Nutritional Healing," states that helpful herbal remedies in strengthening and stimulating your pancreatic function include:
gentian, goldenseal, echinacea and cedar berries. Dandelion and olive leaf may also help treat your pancreatitis or improve your pancreatic health. Licorice root has been used to support all glandular functions, including the functions of your pancreas."

When I think of the pancreas I generally think of blood sugar issues.
The best supplement for that is cinnamon. Cinamon capsules really can change your fasting insulin levels even if you continue eating sugar.

I actually don't have blood sugar issues, have used a lot of minerals and herbals for that in the past, but really in good shape with blood sugar after lyme treatment started some time ago, and now especially that candida is more in control.
I have historically had many digestion problems, and other issues, that may or may not initiate from pancreas. For example, my chiro said that T6 on the spine keeps coming up, which is connected to pancreas. Could be just a structural problem there, but also could be form pancreas issue causing it. As dad's cause of death was pancreatic cancer, and mom's was colon cancer, I take the T6 coming up as a nudge to pay more attention.
