I have another cold. Scratchy throat, sneezing. I guess my students don't stay home when they are sick. [Frown]

Suggestions? Tea? Cough drops? Yuk. [Frown] : [confused]

Hello, I am actually in the process of getting diagnosed, but I was wondering how often you get colds? I had the red ring on my foot last fall and last winter I had a million colds. Now since September I am already on my third cold. Is this common?

As far as treating it, have you tried those zinc lozenges? They really do work if you take them early on.

Hope you feel better soon!

Andrographis is amazing if you have any. Knocks it right out whether you are just getting a cold or have had one.

Good to keep on hand.

Feel better!
