I tend to like activated charcoal the best out of all the binders I have tried but it is constipating and when killing parasites especially I want to make sure everything is exiting as it should.
What binders would be best during parasite treatment?

oh wow, that's very interesting lax mom. I definitely want to try it. From what I have read it is very nutritious and if it acts as a binder that's a huge plus!
Gonna get some soon!

Mila seems a bit expensive for chia seeds. Sounds like a good recepie but I think you can get organic chia for less money.
You can also try psylium. I have a colon cleanser with added herbs + psylium. It works good.
You can also try plain water enemas.

I just ordered the Mila, it is expensive but I do really need something to help with constipation and if it binds as well that's great. I might try the cheaper kind next time.
can u eat these as a snack or does it have to be mixed with something?

Some people find the psylium to be an irritant, I believe... Clay & charcoal are very good. Maybe mix them all together? There's also modified citrus pectin (or pectin in general) & alginate...
I like the chia seeds but I don't know if they are actually binders.
Dr. Schulze has some good products for binding & cleaning the intestinal tract.

I do have constipation so hopefully the Mila will help. I hope it' s worth the money, I feel a little guilty now but oh well.
if it does work as a binder that will be awesome.

gigimac: once you get the Mila and let it sit in liquid for several hours in the fridge, you will see that it is definitely a binder (it sucks up everything around it)...that's the sole reason my LLNP recommended it for me.

I soak one scoop first since that's the way I was told to drink it.
The package says you can sprinkle on salads and put in recipes. However, it's so expensive. So, if I just soak one scoop a day, the bag will last a month.

Mila/Chia, was not a strong enough binder. Chlorella and Charcoal work better for me.

Usually I soak it overnight. If I forget, I soak in for about 5-6 hrs.
You will be able to tell when it's ready to drink because it will be an almost solid clump at the top of the glass.
That's why I then add some more liquid (Coconut milk for me, and cinnamon to make the taste bearable) stir and drink.
I couldn't tolerate chlorella (made me sick) and ART testing verified it.
