Topic: Treat both babs and bart at same time or switch off?

I have heard that it's best to treat them together rather than switch back and forth, or one gets the upper hand and gets stronger. Can anyone comment? And what was your combo treatment that worked?

My son treated babs first with mepron/zith. He was on Abart, as well, which did nothing. His bart streaks got really bad after babs was treated. He is now on rifampin/zith for bart. It seems that the streaks are slowly fading...fingers crossed.
