Could I get some suggestions for detoxing while on a break from abx? I start a new abx in a week and I've been taking probiotics but that's it.

Exercise (light weight lifting--Burrascano's protocol) has worked the best for me.

Take supplements that provide what the liver needs to make glutathione.
Magnesium Fish oil CoEnzyme Q10 Acetyl l-carnitine Alpha lipoic acid N-acetyl cysteine Undenatured whey, for amino acids Milk thistle
Alpha lipoic acid would always give me a stomach ache, but in combination with acetyl l-carnitine in this product, I had no problems.
I noticed that when I take two of these per day, the whole day seems to go better. Look at the reviews, too.
Magnesium and fish oil are the two most important, in my opinion. They will help to improve the function of your cells, in addition to helping the liver.

I use nebulized Glutathione whether on an abx break or not. It helps me with my energy (short term) and brain fog.
