I was wondering if you can take Minocycline, Bactrim, and Rifampin together for Bartonella?

I tried Cipro and had to stop due to elbow pain.

I take mino and rif with ceftin. Don't know about bactrim.

Things are never dull. After 3 fighting Lyme, 2 are in remission. Youngest is still sick, age 22. He has new diagnosed Chiari Malformation and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.
