Hello [Smile]

I was wondering what dose of cistus tea I should take? currently I am having 1 teaspoon a day and brewing that 3 times. And when do I take it? i.e on an empty stomach? with food?

I have chronic lyme, and was diagnosed with it as being in the CS fluids when 6 years old, I have alot of neurological symptons. I am now 20.

Thaank You.

My dosage has generally ranged from 1/2 cup twice a day (total 1 cup) to 1 cup twice a day (total 2 cups). I use 1 tsp per cup, generally brew a few days worth at a time. I don't reuse, although I have heard that others do that.

I take early morning and late afternoon, empty stomach, along with other biofilm busters (serrapeptase, Rechts Regulat, and sometimes borax).

My doc recommended that too. Does it help?

PS: Having lyme with only 6 years is really mean.
