Hello, I was wondering what you feel are the most important supplements to take and why? I know some supplements are required for certain protocols etc, but that's not what I am looking for. I am trying to figure out which are the more important basic supplements that we should all be taking all the time. Than :-) :-)

I think it's a good idea to have your doc fully bloodtest you to see what your levels are, and then you'll have a better idea how to supplement for your body. My doc is doing this for me and is spot on to what I'm needing and going to respond to.

I agree with Robin that I think it's important for an educated doc to assess and make recommendations.
That said, I'll tell you a few of my favorite must-haves: - Boluoke! I love this supp and feel a big difference with it. - Methylated B vitamins (currently I'm taking Thorne Basic B Complex) - Hydro-Zyme (Hydrocloric acid, etc. Super important for digestion and the assimilation of B vitamins.) - Molybdenum (I need this to help my body process sulphur because I have methylation issues.) - Falopro (1/2 tab. This is the methylated version of folic acid. Again, because of methylation issues, I need this version.) - D3 (5,000 iu daily) - Probiotics
Since most people don't know whether or not they have methylation issues, I think it's smart to just take the methylated versions of B-12 and Folic acid so they don't have to be concerned with knowing whether or not their body is able to make the conversion.
I have quite a lot of other things I take in rotations, but I just listed the few that I think have been particularly impactful for me.
Best to you.

Thank you all for your responses. I am hoping to be tested for problems with methylation to see if it's a problem for me. Currently I take mg malate, alamax, NAC, multivitamin, fish oil,B6,c3 curcumin, glutathione, serrapeptase and probiotics currently.
Robin what blood tests is your doctor doing exactly? I know my doc did a vitamin d level and is was low, so I am thinking of adding vit d3..
