I have been dealing with Lyme for 23 years and haven't had a chance to talk to anyone about it who actually has the disease. it is like a breath of fresh air to be in contact with people who understand:
what severe fatigue really means what it's like to have a brain full of fog have even heard of the herx reaction have felt like giving up because of the ongoing feeling worse than crap. Thanks everyone for being here and sharing!!!

I have been mostly a recluse buried in herb books and trying to support myself while trying to heal my body. I have lots of neuro symptoms and energy issues. . . still
Developed pretty intense social anxiety after becoming ill and my world has gotten pretty small.
I am much better than I was but never have gotten onto a internet chat like this except, I can't remember but I checked out a guy named Gary's Salt C treatment a few years ago. I found it on You Tube. I have lots of memory issues, ongoing. Hell, I might forget tomorrow that I even found this site here. That's how it is sometimes.
I walk and talk very well and am able to work. People wouldn't guess that I am sick at all but it's still there. Just learned about co-infections here and am investigating that. Pretty scary to think there are several other horrible diseases I could have. I am definitely looking into that now.
I do appreciate all the posts. Thanks Namaste Heather
